5:00 - 6:00 PM: Opening Reception & Exhibitor Networking, Grand Ballroom and Foyer, 3rd Floor *Exhibitors should plan to be at their table during this event

Evening: Dinner on your own Friday, July 31, 2026

7:00-8:00 AM  Pier-to-Pier Exhibitor Networking, Registration, & Breakfast, Grand Ballroom and Foyer, 3rd Floor *Exhibitors should plan to be at their table during this event

10:35 – 11:15 AM  Shore to Energize: Beignets & Brews Exhibitor Networking Break, Grand Ballroom and Foyer, 3rd Floor *Exhibitors should plan to be at their table during this event

Schedule ends at 12:30, with a 2-4pm Flamingle Networking party at the OV Tiki Wear your wristband/lanyard, grab a complimentary drink and connect with fellow attendees before heading to the beach, pool, or wherever the afternoon takes you. We'll provide the gathering spot and refreshments—you choose the adventure. *Exhibitors are encouraged to actively participate in this networking event

2:00 – 4:00 PM  Exhibitor break down 5:30 – 8:00 PM  Star-Spangled Send-Off, Ocean Ballroom/Oceanview Terrace, 1st Floor Bring your wristband/lanyard, dress in your finest red, white, and blue! FleetForce is hosting a Star-Spangled evening of cocktails, live music from the Whiskey 6 band, and networking and lawn games on the terrace to close out the 2026 Annual Conference.
